Construction industry uses different production technologies for:

- concrete montage elements,
- armatures for concrete constructions,
- production of construction materials,
- wooden houses,
- construction containers (for offices),
- fabricated blocks (bathrooms),
- production of gas concrete,
- production of cast plates.

Beside service cranes for maintenance of the equipment, often there are cranes adjusted to the production process:
- installation of special grippers for manipulation with products,
- high degree of automatisation in the continuous production.

In the design of the process cranes close cooperation with the designer of the technology is necessary.
